In order to check the MAC address, right-click the VM’s name in the Navigator pane of VMware vSphere Client, and in the context menu, click Edit Settings. In the Virtual Hardware tab of the Edit Settings window, click the name of the network adapter to check the MAC address of the virtual network adapter used by the VM.
