Japan has so far produced many world-class designs in various areas including architecture, furnitures, cars, and fashion. 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT is a project proposed by a group of collaborators including Issey Miyake with an aim to promote our design culture as one of the aspects of modern Japan, the economic giant, This venue was planned to become a new cultural hub for the 21st century, situated within the newly born cultural town, Tokyo Midtown, driven by the power of design to enrich our daily lives.
