WebFeb 9, 2024 · Zero Series. bhouseski February 9, 2024, 9:11am #1. Just received my Zero 3W, however there is no video out from the HDMI port. I verified the cable works with another device. The green LED is blinking which would tell me that the OS is loading. I have tried both the Debian Bullseye desktop and Ubuntu CLI images, with no luck on video.

WebFeb 27, 2024 · The first USB-C is for power. 5V 2A. I think if your board(s) have no eMMC it might need a different u-boot version. (or vice-versa). Try to boot with older images.

WebJul 11, 2023 · 2.USB testing Again on image from @pixdrift , zero3, I was able to patch together some wires and test on USB2 which appears on the 13 pin header. It works at 2.0 speed without any problems.

WebAug 5, 2023 · So, the only way I can think of is to utilize the USB 2.0 ports on the board and connect an ssd to it. James has a guide for booting off an ssd for the zero 2 here https://jamesachambers.com/orange-pi-zero-2-usb-ssd-boot-guide/?amp=1 but, I’m not sure if this will work on the zero 3.
