Cannot retrieve latest commit at this time. This is the official C++ source code repository of the Bullet Physics SDK: real-time collision detection and multi-physics simulation for VR, games, visual effects, robotics, machine learning etc. New in Bullet 2.85: pybullet Python bindings, improved support for robotics and VR.
The Bullet physics library is free and open-source software subject to the terms of the zlib License. The source code is hosted on GitHub; before 2014 it was hosted on Google Code. The Bullet website also hosts a Physics Forum for general discussion around physics simulation for games and animation.
PyBullet and Bullet Physics is used in the collaboration, as discussed in this “ Speeding up robot learning by 100x with simulation ” paper and described in those sim-to-real slides and the “ Challenges of Self-Supervision via Interaction in Robotics ” slides.
Bullet is a physics engine which simulates collision detection as well as soft and rigid body dynamics. It has been used in video games and for visual effects in movies. Erwin Coumans, its main author, won a Scientific and Technical Academy Award for his work on Bullet.
