    ATi Radeon X1400M isn't supported by Windows 10. (Not sure whether anyone is still playing with these machines; other than me and I have several of them!) Well it is; up to a point. The v8.561 driver on the MS Cat site worked fine (manual install) for 1607 and it didn't seem to have too many issues with 1703, 1709 or 1803 (at least initially).
